[FEATURE REQ] Use ALS interrupts to adjust backlight instead of polling

Most ALS sensors provide an interrupt mechanism, or in case of HID ones, are polled by the sensor hub on its own, which then signals the userspace of a change.

Can we try as an experiment to make ALS reading interrupt driven?
