release with lower glibc version

The current release is built on top of the Rust official container, which is based on debian:trixie now. This is good for development.

But as a CLI tool, the glibc version required in debian:trixie might be too high. Lots of environments are still running Ubuntu 22.04.

Can we build the release with a lower glibc version?

I'm glad to open a PR to build the release with Ubuntu 22.04 if so.
