[Feature] Setup github actions

We need to setup github actions for integration with ploomber to have the solution running in the cloud, this should be our 'prod'. The steps how to achieve this are described in the initial readme file to the project.

I don't want to start deploying outside Github until we have an automated image testing inside github itself. This way, we don't have to wait for ploomber.

Well, the github action works, but the ploomber deploy is failing without an error message.

it just says that is taking a snapshot of the filesystem

It seems we have to trim down the Dockerfile
