svim problem

svim .
Btw idk why this Error pop up:

Error: Could not acquire lock-file.
svim already running?

Actually trying to open files

you don’t
basically svim adds vim key mappings and editing to the text fields of applications
so for example I am using svim now to type this message and I can use vim like features.
I could press ‘esc’ ‘dd’ to remove this line of text.

To open files you would use normal vim or neovim which should be blacklist in svim.

❯ svim .
Error: Could not acquire lock-file.
svim already running?

That error is because svim is running as a service in the background. You don't really call it from command line.
