Installing this package changes the default path of protoc #5

Hello, I don't know if this is intentional or even a bug but just installing this package changes the executable path of protoc:

angsa@tony-XMG-CORE-M24:~/underlay_ws/src/ros2_controllers$ which protoc
/usr/bin/protoc

angsa@tony-XMG-CORE-M24:~/underlay_ws/src/ros2_controllers$ sudo apt install ros-jazzy-ortools-vendor
...
...

angsa@tony-XMG-CORE-M24:~/underlay_ws/src/ros2_controllers$ which protoc
/opt/ros/jazzy/opt/ortools_vendor/bin/protoc

This causes issues when rebuilding other packages (in my case gz_ros2_control) because they were built with another version of protoc (the one before the installation of or-tools).

Could this package be configured to not change the path of protoc or is this necessary to build fields2cover? Can't fields2cover be pointed to the necessary version of protoc without changing the default path? Thanks
