A couple questions:

• If a service provider/service updates their pricing after a payment rail is setup, how would that impact the payment rate?
• how can a payer(client) do a top-up to renew/continue an existing deal?
  • If they just deposit more, will they be able to store the data longer? or be able to store more data? or both?
