Problem

The ServicePricing currently shows monthly price per TiB with CDN enabled. Since CDN is now usage-based (not rate-based), this is incorrect.

Required Changes

1. Update ServicePricing struct: Show price per TiB of egress instead of monthly CDN price

2. Remove obsolete constants:

   • CACHE_MISS_PRICE_PER_TIB_PER_MONTH
   • CDN_PRICE_PER_TIB_PER_MONTH

3. Remove obsolete methods:

   • _calculateCDNRates
   • Any other CDN rate calculation methods

4. Do not modify CDN-related payment rail rates: CDN payment rails should remain unchanged. Remove modification of CDN-related payment rails.

Expected Outcome

ServicePricing should accurately reflect CDN's usage-based pricing model by showing egress costs per TiB.
