The SynapsePayment class provides a method or handles the logic for settling payments for consumed storage services against the user's deposited funds.

Why Important

Manages the deduction of costs based on the "pay-for-what-you-store" model, covering both proofset fees and incremental data storage charges.

1. Supports the two-tier pricing model (Basic and Add-on CDN).

Closing this issue - The SynapsePayment class design has been superseded. Payment functionality is now integrated directly into the main Synapse class.

Settlement functionality is being tracked in #48 with the current architecture.
