Add an option to hide Playback Devices and Programs

The idea is to add a feature in the settings that allows users to hide installed playback devices in Windows, as well as the option to hide programs.

I know this has been suggested before, but I wanted to bring it up again :3

I've made this change to a custom build, and removed the descriptions, makes the UI look a lot cleaner

if we go with something like this, an agreement needs to be made on how this should be configured, as there is a settings area but I'm not sure if we want to list all the devices and just tick the ones that should be displayed or something else, happy to make this change and submit a PR once we agree on an approach

Can you publish your custom build? or at least tell us a little more or how to make it ourselfs?
