Default/Initial volume for new Apps

When i open a fresh game or app my ears a met with the full volume of the app. It would be great to set a default or initial value for all new apps.

I like setting the volume very high, so I can controll every output seperately, this would be a dream come true :D

I would second this.
I'd even be fine with new apps using the master volume as initial value, since having new apps on 100% is really annoying.
