Output and Inputchange at once

I realy love this nice little tool. BUT ;D
My special example, i got an internal soundblaster and a wireless usb headset. And i do indeed switch between them.
I woukd love to just righclick the eartrumpet icon and switch, but it only switchwes the output.
Would be a nice 2 klick action, but i have to go in the windows options and select everything myself manual for it to work.
yes yes yes, just soundoutput works but im talking about switching from cable/soudcard bound to wireless headset inclusive mic switch in 2 clixx ;>
