Add an option to hide programs without audio

It would be nice to have an option that will hide programs from the list if they don't currently output any audio when displaying the list

The list can become very long if a program just outputted some notification sound once and that's it,that program will stay in the list until I close it
I have some apps that I have never seen outputing any sound but they are in the list
