Not opening when installed

Summary

When i try to install Ear trumpet on the microsoft store it does not open the app, because when installed it does not have the app in there idk which it is but yeah

Steps to reproduce

Microsoft store > Search ear trumpet > install > app does not open because app not found (from event viewer)

Anything out of the norm with your Windows 11 install? Any customization software installed (e.g., Stardock products, alternate shells, anything with personalization or color)?
