if muted complety on MS Teams, cant get tone back #1771

Summary
a) MS Teams Meeting
b) Lower Volume to 0
c) Put Volume back to > 0 = still no sound
d) Need to set Volume to > 0 and quit and reopen MS Teeams to get sound again.
