Install from Windows Store stuck on "checking system requirements..."

Summary

I just downloaded EarTrumpet from the WIndows Store, and attempted to install it.
The installer starts, but then it get stuck on the "Checking system requirements..." step.
I can cancel and resume the installation, but its still stuck.

Tested to two different PC's, with two different accounts - but same windows version.

I ended up using winget to install it, and it's working as it should.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download from Windows Store
2. Execute installer.
3. Installer gets stuck

EarTrumpet version

22511.1118.1.0

Windows version

Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2
