Filen Crypt very slow

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

The crypt backend associated with the filen backend never exceeds 3 MiB/s when the filen backend (without crypt) reaches 100 MiB/s.

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

rclone v1.73.0
