[BUG] - [OAEV Trials] : Request to get trials send classic registrations

Describe the bug
on the header, when the user has a registration, the dropdown displays it.

• the dropdown does not display correctly when platforms' title have not the same width.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Actual behavior
The dropdown displays all type of registration.

Expected behavior
It should display only active trials
