Minecraft crash with veil (I don't use Veil)

Bug Description

Loading Minecraft Neoforge 1.21.1 with Embeddium failed because Veil was supposedly installed. However, I don't have Veil installed. I used Curseforge btw. I don't use Veil or Sodium, but my game says Veil doesn't support Embeddium, only Sodium 0.6.9 and above...

Reproduction Steps

I have 71 mods in my modpack, and I can't use NeOculus with Embeddium because it says Veil is installed. I don't use Veil or Sodium. The mods I use should be listed in the logs. I hope someone knows what the problem is. Embeddium works in other versions of Minecraft, but not in 1.21.1, and I can't figure out why.

Mods can package Veil within themselves to use it's features, you are running the Broken Script, which is one such mod. Unfortunately, Veil's developers are not planning to add support for Embeddium (which is counter productive since the entire point of veil is to be a modders resource) so unfortunately the best we can do is hope for a response from Embeddium's developers.

I know this because I have the same issue and Sodium (the only alternative besides not running rendering optimization entirely) causes artifacts on fire effects which is a deal breaker for me.
