[1.20.1] Chunk Not Loading

Bug Description

Basically, chunks just disappears when teleporting to another previously unloaded location/travelling to it.
The issue occures even when disabling Entity Culling and Sound Physics Remastered, but disappears when disabling Embeddium and addons.

Reproduction Steps

Join game, join server, it does this

There's nothing logged in the console as an error, sadly

Also, when tp at respawn point, it occures too, and when killing, it disappears when respawning

I have a very similar issue, also looking for a solution, though, do you have only Embeddium, or other mods too ?
Asking because I'm not even sure what causes this anymore

Hi, I switched to xenon, which is a fork of embeddium, and it fixed it

That's the only correction I've found

It didn't seems to be a different issue in my case
