Stop tracking moz-radio elements

We have some logic for adding the moz-radio element to the list of components when it encounters moz-radio-group. This seems like something we would need to add for other components like moz-visual-picker-item

However the main thing we care about is likely the group, not the number of children in the group, so we can stop tracking moz-radio
