🌿 Branches renamed to conform to new guidelines

A wiki page was added to this repo with Firely's Git Branching and Workflow Guidelines.

The current branch structure had to be updated to comply with this guideline.

Benefits of This Approach

• ✅ Aligns with Git Flow conventions (develop = main development)
• ✅ Creates clear, intuitive branch structure for new contributors
• ✅ Eliminates confusion about which branch is "current"
• ✅ Standard naming that matches industry practices

Update your local repository

If you have a local repository already, you could either discard it and clone from the repo again, or you could follow these git commands to sync your local branches with the new develop and support/1.x branches:

git fetch origin
git remote prune origin
git branch -d develop develop-2.0
git checkout -b develop origin/develop
git checkout -b support/1.x origin/support/1.x
