Unable to zoom in/out in non-VR IVA after using VR #327

Describe the bug
When using VR in IVA, and then leaving VR by pressing alt-v or just taking my headset off, I cannot use my scroll wheel to zoom in and out in non-VR IVA anymore.
Leaving IVA and coming back, or even reloading the scene with a revert to launch doesn't fix it.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Get into a flight scene
- Get into VR with Alt-V
- Leave VR with Alt-V
- Can't zoom anymore.
