Should only fetch terminal text when text processor function is called from RPM

Currently, KPM updates its text in OnUpdate. This is bad for performance because RPM only asks for the updated string on a regular interval (not every frame). It also means that the KPM modules for MFDs that aren't on the KPM page are doing useless work.
