update(footer): 更新页脚链接和内容

- 移除程序员导航和摸鱼热点链接
- 添加 Rhythm 社区引擎链接
- 将摸鱼派开源项目重命名为摸鱼派开源项目组
- 在移动端页脚中调整链接格式并添加换行
- 更新移动端页脚中的用户协议和隐私政策链接格式
