pc_abc.bt reads further than animbinding header

I get this error: *ERROR Line 225: Template passed end of file.
Because we read further than the animbindingheader which has ff ff ff ff as next section.

Tested with cameradis_pv.abc and barret_pv.abc

There is a problem with animbindings string too, Deselect gets truncated to Desele
