SSL Support for Redis Lock Manager

Flagging up here, not sure when I'll have time but would love to update the docs to indicate that Redis with SSL required is not supported per Kreds: crackthecodeabhi/kreds#4

Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out this. :/

Thanks for flagging a this @scottdfedorov and sorry for having you waste time on it. Do you mind attaching the setup that causes it and the error you see? Any info to help reproduce and understand the issue will help. Maybe I can find a workaround as well
