Suspend/UnSuspend Process Plugin.

This plugin will come in handy when users who don't want process that they aren't using to suspend and unsuspend them when they want.

And if a system shutdown command is initiated , flow launcher will automatically unsuspend those processes.

I currently use ProcessExplorer to do this , but its inefficient.
My use Case --> I have Ram (8 Gb) but not alot of processing / fast cpu, . My VsCode in background constantly ramps laptop fan, so i like to suspend it until i am using it.
