Windows Terminal installed via Microsoft Store not showing up

Windows Terminal installed via Microsoft store version >= 1.12.10334.0 no longer show up in search.

Potentially the same issue for #1034

Issue was identified in PowerToys microsoft/PowerToys#16118 and resovled via microsoft/PowerToys#16265
