BUG: NullReferenceException during recent entries retrieval

Problem Description

Flow Launcher is encountering an unobserved System.AggregateException caused by an underlying System.NullReferenceException. This occurs within Flow Launcher when it attempts to retrieve recent entries. This seems to be happening in the background or upon activation of the plugin.

To Reproduce

Launch Flow Launcher.
(If you can identify specific actions that trigger it, please add them here. Otherwise, you can state):
The exception appears in the logs and is rethrown by the finalizer thread during normal operation, possibly when refresh its list of recent entries or when the plugin becomes visible.
