BUG: FlowLauncher freezing when going to Plugins Tab in Settings window.

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

• I am using the prerelease version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

Flow launcher freezing.

Quite often (not all the time) when you go to Plugins Tab in Settings window (Right-click > Settings > Plugins), it freezes:

• sometimes it's just a long waiting (around 10/20s);
• other times it's a complete crash and you need to use "end task" command on Task Manager.

To Reproduce

1. Open Flow Launcher;
2. Right-Click Go to Settings window;
3. Select Plugins Tab;
4. Verify the issue.

If you are using the portable version, choose the first one. Else the second one.
