This appears to be an underlying WPF issue that sets off the global exception. Powertoys has a massive thread on this

microsoft/PowerToys#31226

which they tried to solve by suppressing the exception error

microsoft/PowerToys#39918

Assume we have the same issue but will let one of the core devs investigate further
