Refactor BaseStreamResourceWriter return type before public exposure #155
Description
As per the discussion in PR #154 (#154 (comment)), we need to refactor the return type of getGridHeaders in BaseStreamResourceWriter since we are going to expose BaseStreamResourceWriter in the near future.
