Implement a better responsive format #169
Description
Having the two grids in the same view when using a small mobile device like a cellphone, makes the form or view that is using TCG to be very tall. It would be great to change TCG format so it has a better UX in those devices:
- Instead of showing both grids it should only show the grid with the selected items.
- The button for adding items should open a dialog with the grid with the available items
- Upon selection of the items in the grid within the dialog a select button should be enabled
- By pressing the select button should move the selected items to the underlying grid and close the dialog
