Text file with Postgresql

We have watched the videos about using vector stores including the one showing how to load a text file.

We built a chatflow that is the same as in the video. I have attached my flow.

When I run it and enter anything into the chat window, I get this error: Error: Error: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ''

The flow shows that I have uploaded a file.

In the postgres database it does not appear to create any tables. Do I need to create a table for this? If so, what should the layout be?

How do you fix this? It appears to be a bug. I appreciate your assistance.
