Unstructured.io load error when using S3 file loader

I get this error when trying to load a docx file from S3 to my pinecone instance.
"Error: Failed to load file /tmp/s3fileloader-hfflGm/filename.docx using unstructured loader."

Ive triple checked my S3 details and Unstructured URL + API Key.

How do I debug this?

Update. The Unstrucutred API took some time to activate. Actually an entire day.
A little embarrassed, because it was written as such in the email when it was sent.

All in all, it works now
