PDF Metadata

Hi everyone!

Reaching out to ask if any of you have managed to influence the metadata on the PDF uploader directly through flowise or the metadata json file. I am currently fixing pdf's metadata manually but would love to be able to do it in a proper way but I assume if I change source code I will lose those changes when I update flowise in the future.
