How can I create a flow READ FILE/POST INFO

Hi i wonder i somebody can help me I want to create an assitant that read an image/pdf file search some information and when the bot found the information post the information with a custom tool. EX:

1. The user upload an Image with the Sales resume
2. the bot try to find the TOTAL OF SALES = $19,00
3. The bot post the total of sales via api
