thread vs run id error?

I'm using an openai assistant in my flow. I was working on this last night, it worked fine, this morning I am just jumping back into it and getting

I used sync and there's not really any other parameters I can play with so I'm a bit confused what to do.

i tried replacing the tool, didn't work.

rebooted and now am getting this. sounds like the assistants api is confused because i need to tag it with the user session somehow.
