Uploading files to chat

Hello.
I have read the documentation about uploading files to the chat.
You need the postgres - which i have both node and docker container with it.

There is no llama-index vector store retrival with pgvector.
How can i make it work?

If there is a way to build document uploading with langchain i would like that better ;-)
