Add file document loader to document store via API

I can successfully create a document store via the API, with loaders that don't require a file upload e.g. APIFY crawler, but I can't see how to add a file based loader such as PDF loader. There are details in the documentation about how to upsert to a chatflow with file upload via the API using form data, so I'm hoping the same thing might be possible for creating a loader in a document store, but I can't see anything in the documentation. Any help greatly appreciated.
