My chatbot is unable to move around different steps

Hi, I am creating a chatbot that can read, update, and write in the Airtable DB.. however, the flow is not proceeding after the 1st step (retrieving the desired information).. Could you help me if I am missing something? is it because the prompt is too big? Check the images
