Pinecone load existing index no longer exists

I'm trying to create a Q&A based on an existing Pinecone index. I'm trying to follow along with a YT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0nr1_pnAxc&t=664s) approx 9mins 22secs in. There is reference to adding "Pinecone load existing index" node. However this does not appear to exist anymore?? Could someone point me in the right direction. I've tried using the "Pinecode" node but not making much progress. Tried to search for info as well as several hours trying different nodes. Many thanks I've only tagged @HenryHengZJ as I've seen this against pinecone updates in the release notes.
