Can't Run docker compose to create a Chroma image and container (windows)

I followed the instructions at https://docs.flowiseai.com/vector-stores/chroma#setup

But for some reason I get this error when I try to start creating a container.
I thought that maybe the problem is that docker is not running, but no, it works. Judging by the error it's about variables, but I don't understand where I should look for them and what I should write and whether I should write them as if it should be done by the docker itself. Please help me

The problem was solved, it turned out that you need to accept the terms of use of the docker by logging into it and that's it.
