Management of shared credentials - workspaces should be sorted and searchable #5441

Feature Description
To manage the sharing of credentials more effectively, please:
- List the workspaces sorted alphanumeric (as in the workspace drop-down)
- add a search box so I can find the workspace(s) faster, I want to share into
Why: I'm really annoyed by having to scroll through unsorted lists to find the right workspace. If there are several, which may even have similar names but were created at different times, it becomes even more time-consuming because they are not listed one after the other.
