Need option for line-buffering when -d dump option is used

Whatever is the quality of my project's code design, I need desperately line buffering option, for Windows to be supported, as stdbuf -oL offers in linux. Whatever i tried in Windows, as winPTY or even WSL, fails, as this issue tries to describe.
