[SuperEditor] - Remove golden tools that have been extracted

After independently publishing golden_runner, remove that package from this repo.

Also, after merging Flutter-Bounty-Hunters/flutter_test_goldens#60 remove the mismatch tolerance tooling from super_editor and use the package instead.
