Current Behavior

Code analyzer is not running. Tap to reconnect.
and Error : Custom cloud functions package.json could not be parsed.

also glitchy unusual popups, do u want to discard changes when im just browsing through my cloud functions,
also Out of date error so i have to directly upload from google cloud console which makes it incoherent

Expected Behavior

Code analyzer is up and running.
Custom cloud functions package.json could not be parsed. this error should not be concurrent

Steps to Reproduce

add a npm package in package.json
code analyzer doesnt validate it
error in red appears Custom cloud functions package.json could not be parsed.

Hello!

I tested the following configuration:

It worked without any issues on my end. You might want to try using this exact setup and see if it resolves the problem.

it works now in my project now !! ? , i deployed the cloud functions successfully with an external npm package, but sometimes the cloud function are glitchy and swap, replace themselves with each other.
Also it would help if the bridge to google cloud console was stronger as the out of date error is too vague to fix sometimes,
