Import typesof from Base instead of InteractiveUtils (#132)

* Import `typesof` from Base instead of InteractiveUtils

`typesof` was defined in Base, and simply used by InteractiveUtils. A recent commit removed the `using` from InteractiveUtils, breaking the import.
