Does Flux work with TPU's? #91

Hey @Keno, per here: JuliaGPU/XLA.jl#45 (comment) has there been any update to this? The Flux site says:
Flux models can be compiled to TPUs for cloud supercomputing, and run from Google Colab notebooks.
is this still true?
