Updated char-rnn.jl for Flux v0.10 as some methods became obsolete. Also added the sample.txt file as an example of the model generation results.

Updated char-rnn.jl for Flux v0.10 a few methods became obsolete with updated version. Also added a sample.txt file as an example of text generation result. Also added some comments.
Someone please review and suggest the possible changes.
